Vanderbilt University Faculty & Staff

Vanderbilt University will cover the cost of a set of standard rental regalia. Faculty must reserve their rental regalia by 3/27/24. If the order deadline is missed, extra faculty rental sets will be available at the pickup location, EBI Great Room, on May 2 & 3, 9 AM-5 PM.  The extra rental sets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will consist of a PhD hood with Vanderbilt University school colors. In order to receive a hood that matches your degree, you must submit your order by March 27^th, 2024.
